Each Majuun bag is handmade in small quantities, with time and care invested into every detail. Because of this artisanal process, all purchases are final sale, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@majuun.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Each case is reviewed with care. If the product shows damage caused during transit, we will work to make it right with a store credit or replacement when possible.
We are unable to accept returns or issue store credit for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery. Any claims submitted outside of the 2-day window may not be eligible for review.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
