Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. EST generally begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday–Friday). Please allow 2-3 business days for fulfillment before shipment. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sale periods may extend processing time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Order details cannot be modified after fulfillment.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for select regions. Orders placed before 11 a.m. EST on weekdays generally begin processing within one business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Carriers deliver Monday through Friday only. Overnight or 2-Day orders placed on Friday will deliver the following week. Weather-related or carrier delays may occur, and Majuun cannot guarantee delivery timelines once packages are in transit. Carriers
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on your location. Majuun partners with these carriers through Shopify Shipping to provide discounted, realtime rates at checkout.
Address Restrictions
We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be canceled and refunded. If you need to update your shipping address, contact hello@majuun.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been fulfilled.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. Orders under $300 will show applicable rates at checkout.
Orders valued over $500 will require a direct signature upon delivery. This requirement cannot be waived.
Delays and Responsibility
When placing your order, please select a secure shipping location. Majuun cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you may also contact the courier directly to file a missing package claim.
Majuun is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or any issues once an order is marked as delivered. Missing parcels should be reported within 3 business days of the expected delivery date by contacting hello@majuun.com.
Refunds or replacements for missing shipments reported late may not be honored.
